    The customers says the appliance works intermittently.
    She can carry out one cycle ok,but if she starts a second cycle the machine won’t start and lights 1,2 and 4 light up.
    Any ideas??

    I’m thinking she isn’t allowing the machine to complete the full cycle before re-loading and is compromising the cool down part of the cycle?

    No she has said she allows the full cycle to complete.
