    Well that seems to be what Candy call drum lifters. 😀

    Model OPH716D-80..part number 41021913.

    Question, can these be fitted through the door opening or is it a lie down and struggle through the sump hole job?

    if it has not got the torx screw in, it can be done from inside the drum just like the hotpoints.

    Yes Bob, just having a read of the full tech bulletin, found it after Martin posted the picture.

    Not been out to it yet, customer has said that all three lifters are off, If that is the case then as you say I should be able to refit through the door if I lift the tab. 8)
