    Will run for about 5 or 10 mins then stop. The customer then wipes the ridges inside the drum and it will start up again and then stop.

    This has a self cleaning condenser and I am wondering if it has got blocked up.

    It looks like a major job to access the condenser and the drum has probably got to come out.

    Anyone had any experience with these tds.

    If it is under 5 yrs old get Siemens to sort it. 💡

    I would expect there to be something showing/flashing on the display/leds when it stops . Could be a blocked drain pump or hose/no heat/blocked door filter….the list is quite long so a bit more information is required I think .
