    Hi

    I have a problem with this microwave in that it stops within around 20seconds after the countdown display dims and flashes.
    This happens with the glass dish in the cavity but a mug of water is heated perfectly well without this behavior if the dish is removed. Does anyone have any idea about this?

    Perhaps a Neff engineer if viewing this would comment?
