    Hello,
    I have a Rosieres Paul Bocuse 4040F Range Cooker.
    5 days ago I used oven cleaning gel to clean the left oven. Since then, each time I switch this oven on it short circuits the electricity to the house. I have left it a few days in case it was still damp from the cleaning. The right oven works fine, as do the gas hobs. Any suggestions please ? Do you think there may be a problem with the elements ?

    Hi

    All you can do is see if it’ll dry out on it’s own..was it a spray gel ?.

    It shouldn’t have affected the elements but could have got into the light fitting.

    Thanks for reply.
    We have removed both the top and bottom elements of the left oven. There is a slipt in the top element. The bottom one looks ok, but this is still causing the electric to trip out. Could you please advise if you are able to supply the elements for this oven?

    Hi

    Can you please supply the full serial number which is either on the front chassis when you remove the drawers at the front or on the rear bottom of the chassis.there are several variations of the oven and they have different elements.

    You can also e mail me a couple of photos of the element to see if I can match it service@ffrservices.co.uk

    Rosieres Paul Bocuse 4040 F Range Cooker ( Gas Hobs and Electric Ovens)

    I have e-mailed some photos to you.

    The Cooker serial/code is 39353313-02090108.
    The other number on the label is 004949AP418-02.

    Please could you price up the elements ( these are for the left hand oven).

    Are you also able to supply :
    A left oven control Knob
    The 3 indicator lamps
    Chrome Oven shelf and tray for the right oven.
