Beko – recommended?

    My washing machine is dead, after being looked at by an engineer. He said that Beko are quite a good make to consider buying. We are probably a low frequency user ( so less wear and tear I guess) but he advised that spare parts are cheap and easily repaired. Any comments on this?

    I’d say that was fair comment, for light or average use they’re okay.

    The only fly in the ointment is that Beko started using sealed tubs in some models which makes me pause for thought.

    Thanks – reading around this site I think the main thing to avoid seems to be the seeled drum. Cheers

    Speaking of which, how best to find out if it has a seeled drum? This model looks good to me but the descriptions in the store dont tell you :Beko WMB71642S Washing Machine Freestanding Silver
