My son asked me if I had any ideas how to replace the bulb on his bosch oven E-Nr HBN131550B/02.
I had a look and there is a circular glass cover at the top of the oven, which rotated about 5-10 degrees cw or acw, but would not budge any more. I checked the bosch instruction manual on their site, and it says just unscrew glass cover. But could I make it budge ??

We use a special tool (a moulded plastic tool that fits over the lens) available HERE or use an alternative aid, namely : a pair of Marigold gloves. 😉

OK, the small movement I could get is probably the actual lamp fitting rotating a little. ! The lens cover is probably stuck fast within the lamp fitting, so brute force it is !
I have a pretty strong grip, but couldn’t budge it, maybe I’ll try with my oil filter removal tool 🙂
