Has anyone had any problems with the door catches on these dishwashers.
I have a customer who sets the dishwasher to work during the night!!.
In the morning when they open the door the door, from the door catch area there is a loud scraping noise. Once opened the noise cannot be replicated, until another full programme is run.Bosch changed the catch in warranty, it was ok for a while, then the problem came back.
I have been and checked the door is central in the door frame, ie not twisted, in desperation on not finding any problem, changed the door catch minus the child lock part in case that was something to do with the noise.
This has not rectified the noise. Any suggestions please 😡
