smeg d/w light 4 flashing 5 lit?

    hi, smeg DF612SDX it washes and heats up for about 15 mins but then the 4th light flashes and 5th lit then it drains out, after it finishes draining the lights change to 2+3 flashing and 5th lit (no drain in time allowed) all drainage system is clear and its draining at a good rate, cant find the 4th and 5th error code anywhere, or is it one?
