Has anyone heard of this lot? Received an e-mail today to my old address.

I’m usually suspicious of any company within 50 miles of Brum since the demise of P.E.S.N.

I daresay this is Kosher, but would like to know a bit of background if there is any.

We are in the process of recruiting engineers to carry out in house inspections of white goods for insurance purposes.

I understand your company already carries out this type of work, if you would be interested in any additional work of this type would you please fill in the information on the attached information sheet and return by fax, post or email.

We will add this too our database and pass any inspections in your area. We will fax or email the inspection forms to you, these will be mainly tick boxes with a very small space for a brief description of the reason for the damage.

As this information is mainly used for replacement purposes the need for accuracy is very important but the forms are designed to cover all possibilities and if filled in correctly should give us all the information we need.

I hope this is of some interest to you and you would like to join this network of engineers, I already cover the country with brown goods engineers and have been asked to take over white goods inspections, please don’t hesitate to contact me should you require any further information or clarification on any of the points.
