Neff H5972S0GB/01

This is a combi mircowave / oven. The RHS oven settings clock control knob turns but, but there is no clock readout ( its blank) although the oven does work.
when looking up the parts it flags up two items..
a) module relay
b) operating module.
could any neff expert offer me advice please, as both parts are expensive. John
