    Can anyone tell me what causes an outbreak of black mould inside a larder fridge? I’m guessing that the door seals have become ineffective but can’t find the answer anywhere. I know what to do to get rid of it but am concerned as to why it has happened and would be grateful if someone can tell me please. Thanks

    Do you regularly clean it inside? The black mould is bacteria which is from food or moisture in the fridge

    I do wipe it out, however this fridge only contains soft drinks and salad in the drawer, so very little in the way of food. Most of the mould is inside the door itself which is why I wondered if perhaps air is getting in.
