But can you afford to buy a cheap cooker every couple of years, there are lots of people with Bush appliances from Argos that are unrepairable due to total lack of spares and support from Argos after less than two years of use.:(
Not sure who makes this cooker but a lot of Bush stuff is Chinese in origin.

We get calls and emails almost every day from people looking for spare parts for Bush, Swan, Russell Hobbs and a plethora of other cheap brands and, for virtually all, there is no spares available.
Now, when you have a poor woman on the phone crying because she couldn’t afford a decent machine so bought this on a store card and has found this out the hard way it isn’t a pleasant conversation. Eighteen months later it needs something as simple as a door handle that she cannot get as there is no spares support at all. Now, she’s in an even worse state because she explains that she cannot afford a new one and is still paying for the one that she bought and cannot get repaired.
This is too common an occurrence in my own personal opinion but, these big retail companies couldn’t give a monkey’s apparently.
So yeah, you can buy cheap but it comes at a cost.
You get a poor performing appliance that will usually be built for light use only and, when it does break, throw it out and buy another one. Even just out of the warranty.
As long as you can live with those facts, it’ll do the job, at least for a time.
Here’s what we know about Bush…

None.
If forced, probably a Beko, Amica, a Zanussi or something like that. Any lower and you risk falling into the trap above.
Put it this way, take off the VAT, delivery, shipping from factory and all that, you’ll be lucky if you’re getting £50 worth of actual appliance.
At any rate, just don’t expect decent performance until you get up into the mid-range stuff.
