Can anyone help. I have a washer dryer that keeps gushing water from the soap tray. There is no access to any filter on front of machine if it is a something causing a blockage and don’t know whether to do anything myself or just get an engineer out. Any suggestions for cause and how to resolve much appreciated.

Not all WDD960 machines have the sealed drum Martin, some have the split drum that does not have a filter at the front. 😉

The WDD960A.UK has a split drum, the WDD960A.UK.C and the WDD960A.UK.CA have the sealed drum.

If the OP’s machine does not have the filter then it is likely that the sump hose, accessible from behind the lower back panel is blocked.
