Anyone had one of these where mains light is on but can’t select.
Changed the board, door switch and flood switch ok, meggers ok.
Customer is the usual if its over £** I’ll bin it. 🙄Tony C

Have you checked everything Tony? Heater, thermistor- wiring back to board – the lot? My rather limited experience with these suggests that ANY component failure seems to stop the bu@@er programming. But, hey, it’s probably going to cost more to run it to the tip than it’s actually worth!

Thats part of the problem isn’t it 🙄 .
Nobody wants to spend money on these things so tell you if its more than say £80 I’ll throw it away.
Doesn’t inspire you to spend half an hour taking the thing out (Oh! And emptying the dishwasher beforehand 👿 ), then stripping the door, panels off and testing every bl***y component when you know that the board is already damaged . The select switch plunger broke off awhile ago, so after the wife got a shock pushing the plunger stub thro’ the remaining hole theyd used a pencil to select :eeek: .
