I had a call two weeks ago about the dishwasher not draining. I checked it out and no faults found.

Now they said the rinse light is flashing. I can’t find a fault code for this dishwasher. Looks like it’s part of Caple even though I rarely come across this. The dishwasher was bought from Argos 3 years ago. Looks like Chinese made dishwasher.

I’m resisting the urge to write them off as the customer wants me to fix it. Can you help? What manufacturer is the dishwasher is based on?

    It’s Chinese, take it away.:(

It is a MIDEA produced unit and the flashing rinse light is telling you the anti flood protection has activated.

Machine has water in the base from somewhere, either a leak from the machine or plumbing.

Turned out it was poorly fitted hose clamp by the factory. Replaced with proper screw hose clip.

    Nice n easy job.
