Hoover HNC160-80 drier Info

Hi guys, after some info on a Hoover drier,

Customer says its not latching on when the button is pressed, it runs with the button held in but when you leave go it stops, is there a relay in these or does the button its self meant to latch ?

Details are

HNC160-80
31100067 0451 0926
G0001
Type TCM01
