    Hi I have a de dietrich fan oven serial no 993400803 model as above.

    I can’t find the instruction manual (of course!) and it keeps turning itself off mid-cook which is getting a bit annoying! It has now done it during using the fan oven and the grill.

    It may just be something to do with the timer but I can’t work it out. Please can anyone help?

    If you phone Brandt customer services on (01256) 308000 they should be able to supply the handbook for you 😀

    Brandt/De Dietrich do charge for instruction manuals and, from memory, they are about £6-£10 a throw. No downloadable version available for that model, I checked.

    Your cutting out problem is likely to be either the main oven stat faulty allowing the machine to cut out on the safety stat or the safety stat itself faulty. The instruction book won’t help you there so there’s no point paying for one. 😉

    If the timer were faulty you’d get different symptoms on that machine.
