    This oven will either cremate food or not cook it. Suspect the stat but I’ve always has one extreme or the other not both. My test was perfect as you would expect!
    One thing is the cooling fan comes on when the oven is on but didn’t when the grill was on.
    Still reckon on the stat but any suggestions welcome.

    Stat or the drive link between knob and stat.

    It seemed ok when I inspected but will have another look.
