Anyone know the part number for the sensordry brush assembly for this machine. Sensor handle was snapped off (customer said the top had come off when they moved the appliance from Ebay seller :rolls: so had I no reason to believe anything else had caused it to snap:cry: )due to the carbon brushes being so low they snagged the centre mounting for the two strips.

No, it’s the sensordry sensor at the top of the drum. I’ve got the lever (handle) but it’s the clip on assembly at the end which runs over the two sensor strips on the drum. Two carbon brushes (triangular-ish I think originally, but only ever come across this one and v. worn) on a central pivot.

Well!! Hadn’t realised that the Miele sensor brushes are a separate part and can be ordered using number 01454591 £22 off fleabay, but onsale at Masterpart also. A little bird tells me that they are also available from Europart as well. Sorry if it’s common knowledge to the more learned gentlemen on the site but I was 😀 with my find.
