    customer tells me he cant open the door (Interlock Shot) also the timer is erratic, time keeps changing !! sounds like a possible board fault !! but can anyone please give me any advice on this please. John

    I bet they’ve broken the door handle (new door complete needed)? Could also be heater probs, blockage and all the usual stuff but hardly likely to be the PCB I wouldn’t think?
