LG GR-L206CPQA Lights Out and Freezing in Fridge

This fridge when switched on will display all lights on the user board but after a few minutes the temperature display lights go out. It is also freezing everything in the fridge and is unable to dispense water because it is frozen. It is also not making ice. The valve is alright as it will let water through when it is disconnected from the pipe feed to the fridge. I have closed off the veg and meat slide control at the bottom of the fridge. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
