ParticipantHello, I have a problem with the above washer dryer unit and would like to confirm my suspisions. I have tried searching but have been unable to find this specific flash code.
This bit maybe unrelated, but I’d rather give you the full story…..
About two weeks ago the filter and pump became blocked with a plastic bag. I have no idea how that got in there. I drained the washer and as there was a coin fowling the filter, I removed the entire pump and filter. This was stripped, plastic removed and cleaned. Once back together, all was well. Now rolling onto today….
The washer is showing a fault. Door light fast flashing, as well as (top to bottom) 1,3,4 (delay, quick wash, 1200/800).When I last passed the washer, it was half way through the cycle, first two lights solid, so spin next. After a power cycle, I select pump out and start. The spin light 3 comes on, no noises at all approximately 1 minute later the spin light goes out, the fault code is displayed and there is a repeative noise coming from the rear, I think.
I am suspecting the motor, due to the noise. However I didn’t hear the pump running either due and with recent events, I thought I would check first.
The last things I have checked….
Another power cycle, pump out. Same fault displayed.
POWERED OFF, waited. Top removed, belt visually OK, movement in flywheel. Thanks Dave

is the machine draining out the water ? lights 1,3 and 4 is an f0-11 fault which means the pump cannot be activated. check the wiring and connections and the pump for continuity with a multi meter .before you do any thing always unplug the machine.

The best way I could describe it was half empty. As in the water wasn’t visible through the door, but there was a pool in the drum.
You were spot on, after removing the pump and filter again, I found the connector loose. As I was here anyway, I tested the continuity of the motor, which was fine. I’ve put everything back together, no fault codes displayed. It is currently finishing a cycle and all seems well.
Thanks again for the help. I’m glad I checked now, I’d dismissed the pump as the code was different to last time.
Cheers Dave.
