have just replaced heater and instuction sheet tells me to go to service test cycle no where can i find how to enter test cycle can anyone help please

do you need to ?

is this not a quick way of checking the new element is working?

do they say why you have to use the test cycle ?

i would try it on a programme and see what happens. make sure it fills etc as if vno water comes in will blow new heater
