    We have moved to a new house which has a Homark oven – seems to have no model number. Would like to contact Homark and get hold of a user manual and documentation. Can’t find any contact details for Homark. Can you help?

    Graham, without the model number even the manufactueres won’t be able to help as the Homark name is simply a “badge” name, it could be one of a few manufacturers that made it.

    Can you take a picture of the front of it an email it to either myself or kwatt, there’s a clever yuy called Woz on the site who’s pretty good at recognising Homark ovens.

    Here is a picture of the oven I need to identify. Does anyone now know who the manufacturer is and any contact details to get hold of instructions and documentation?

    Hi Graham

    This oven is one of 2 models depending on the age of the machine.

    Either 05-703105 or 05-703205, both are the same but made at different factories.

    They were made by Elektra Bregenz (now Brandt).
    It was originally sold by B&Q but went obsolete in 2000

    Caremark may still have a copy but don’t hold your breath.

    The Homark brand was owned by Bernstein Group Holdings based at Westhoughton near Bolton – You could try them.

    Ownership of the brand has recently transferred to Premium Appliance brands based in Warrington – Try them next.

    These appliances were sold extensively through B+Q, as a last resort, try them.

    The brands are still owned by Bernsteins the have been sold to PABL
    but not yet transferred.

    Plenty of legal issues with the White Westinghouse brand.

    Anyway Expert Appliance Care are the agents for these brands
    Caremark now only supply parts to the public and trade.

    All these brands are now owned by PABL.

    The transfer took place on 6th December 2004.

    Hi Warren,

    Yes we own these brands along a load of others for distributors-

    Eurolec, Sarena, Kompact, Cuisina etc etc.

    It was a shame that the Bernstein brands have had a fairly rocky couple of years.

    I am sure we will turn them around to their former glory….
