Probably an easy answer to this one, but I’m not really up on these American style things.
There is a large build up of ice in the bottom of the freezer part, which results in puddles of water on the kitchen floor. There seems to be a frozen trail coming from the back wall of the freezer. I presume it is doing it’s defrost thing and the water is trickling into the bottom where it freezes. Is there a drain that gets blocked? Or something more serious?

Most likely the drain in the freezer is blocked with ice.

You will have to take the back panel of to defrost it with a steamer or turn it off for 48 hours with the doors open.
