    The door lock on my machine is locking the door at all times. If I turn the machine off and wait the door will open but as soon as I turn the machine back on it locks again. If I leave the door open and turn the machine on I can hear the lock trying to lock the door constantly every second or so and if I then close the door it will be locked immediately. At this stage I am unable to start any programs.

    Hi Tim: Sounds like you may have a faulty main board & it’s powering the Interlock constantly. My best suggestion would be to call a good local engineer to check it out for you. If you check out the link above your post, you may find an approved engineer in your area.
