Anyone had dealings with this machine? I think it may be an LG in disguise. Original fault code was U11. There was a twig in the pump, so I figured that was the problem. Then it wouldn’t empty out, and I discovered that it has an electronic valve mounted in the sump outlet. Opened manually and it emptied ok. Job done I thought. A few days later, I get a call from the customer. It’s not filling. When I get there, it’s not that it’s not filling . . . . it’s not emptying again. In between my first and second call, the machine has done eight or nine washes without a problem. Opened said valve manually again, still no empty. Check pump, which fortunately was of the Plaset type, so replaced with Askoll pump. Away it went on a quick wash, filled, washed, emptied, then showed error code HO43? and pumped out. Customer not happy hehe. “I paid over £500 for this heap of shh one t”. This machine even has a reed switch fitted to the filter!!! Any ideas fellas? Cheers. Steve.

Cheers quick fix. I couldn’t find any leaks, it was one of the things I checked at the time. I suspect it may have been water that had leaked into the base when I took it apart through that small removeable plate underneath. Anyway, I managed to get it working on the day, and the customer rang to say it has been working a treat ever since. Thanks once again for your advice. Steve.
