machine starts and does pump out then F08 comes up, indicating heater problem. element readings are fine and just to be sure i wired in another one but same problem,thermistor is also ok.
thinking programmer but just wondering if i have missed something.
motor reads fine as well.

Have you checked the PCB for dry joints ? had a couple with bad solder joints on them & if I’m right the heater relay also caused problems on them, a lot cheaper than a new PCB & the customer will love you. Is there any power going to the element at all ?

Didn’t test for power but did check the leads for any breaks
Just kicked myself for not checking the pcb though (i should know better)
