ParticipantDoes any one have manual or tech info on this model please.
Have one that shows E17 , E24. Does it use flowmeter pluses to measure water intake or what? Flowmeter built into water intake unit, it is turning at speed, reed switch ok, machine only fills for a couple of seconds then circ pump comes in, is this correct? both pumps and non-return valve clear.
Any help please.

E:17 is a fill fault. E:24 is a draining prob. Weird that you’re getting both ? Is the little pump impellor access lid clicked in securely and is the non-return valve clear ?
I have replaced ths flow sensor (or ‘contact – part 611317 ) a few times to cure an E:17 error .
As an aside , too low or too high water pressure can also cause this error code.May 9, 2013 at 6:58 pm #394669clayside

Hi Paul,
Yes impeller cover clicked in place. Good point about water pressure as house has very high water pressure and machine worked after I cut pressure down at tap. On quick wash should it fill for just a couple of seconds, run circ pump then fill on and off 2 or 3 times. It didn’t fill water intake on left hand side, just ran down into base? Havent heard from customer for a couple of days so hope all is well.May 15, 2013 at 7:17 am #394670clayside

Customer just emailed, it’s been ok for a week, now showing E24 and will not do any programme. How do you get non-return valve out of this, have checked drain, circ pumps and drain hose etc. last week and both clear? Thinking E24 is drain fault. Any help please.

Can anyone help please, thinking it may be sticking non-return valve, but machine was empty of water?

Sounds like pump needs replacing. Check the coils resistance first as that should be 82ohms between terminals. And yes, as Paul says, E24 is a drain pump fault.

Sorry not replied before customer been on holiday.
It was heat/circ pump, the rotor was being pulled over towards stator causing pump to slow down. Now it’s up and running again. -
