    Hi folks – model as above. have replaced the element and thermostat but still getting no heat, light isn’t coming on either, so stumped!

    Advice is appreciated before I bite the bullet and call the experts!

    Have you made sure the grill door switch is operating correctly? Remember, power off 1st!

    Hi Jazz, yeah door switch appears to be fine!

    There is a small white cut out stat on the back of the oven cavity on the right have you checked this?
