samsung fridge freezer american style

hi guys
im new on here need some advice/help iv got a Samsung fridge freezer just over 2yrs old the other day went in to the kitchen and there was a pool of water at f/f opened door and everything had de-frosted switched off at mains then put back on and both compartments seem to be working fine now ,however my Samsung has stopped making ice,iv pressed on off switch at the ice maker ,checked ice chute for blockage etc etc but nothing as all the ice that had been there had melted hence the water on the floor, its model america type rsg5dumh any help would be most appreciated.
