AEG L86810, no power displayed

Hello,
I’ve got a problem with my washing machine which is a frustrating problem for me and do with some help
My washing machine when switch on using the front knob, will not power up always, ie intermittent power on.
There is no power to display or any other indication of power on. With the switch left in on position (program selected mode) The washing machine will eventually power on as normal by itself from any-time from 5 mins to 1 hour and washing m/c will work with no further problems, until switch to off position, then the problem may or not occur.
ps: there is no error code displayed on panel display, except when m/c comes on after a period of time of not working, the m/c drum capacity of 7kgs is displayed.
I’ve checked for loose connections on switch and pcb and found no issues, quick visual check of pcb seems ok. I would appreciate any advice/ support on how to resolve.
