Hi guys, as per the thread in the parts section Iv got a Bosch WAE24164GB/3 that the customer has done the bearings him self, called me after having problem once it was done. After a discussion and it being late I ended up taking the machine back to the workshop,

First of all it just had all the spin lights flashing with the top wash light, managed to reset it and all seemed well apart from no motor action.

Checked and brushes are rite down so replaced them and tested with the motor on the deck, all seemed well so fitted it and did a test spin, after about 30 seconds it just stopped and the pump shut down as well, re set it and tried spin again but no motor action again, pump running fine.

Got the motor back off and checked the new brushes and all good but it just won’t run, tested the motor and as far as I can tell all is good. Thermal fuse is fine, got very very low reading across the brushes and winding but I don’t know what we should have on these.

Checked the harness and all good.

I notice no clicking from the board relays when Iv got no motor action. Could hear them when it did run

Any ideas as its driven me mad tonight ?
