ParticipantHi Guys
Im new around here and was hoping you can help me! My Siemens toploader (this type http://images02.olx.cz/ui/4/75/34/13546 … lektro.jpg ) is acting up.We’ve just thrown in a wash and let it run its normal deal. When I opened the top to get the laundry out, I realized it was still soapy… So I put it back in and ran a rinse only cycle. When that was done it was still soapy so I ran another rinse. This time there was a lot more suds when it finished. So I turned the machine off and started taking the soap compartment out to see if something was stuck in there that was causing all this confusion. While I was removing it the machine started to pump and wouldnt stop, although there wasnt any abnormal amounts of water in the machine. I had to unplug the machine. Up to this point there were no error codes showing on the LCD. So I rinsed out the inside of the machine and let the water out through the force of gravity.
I then wanted to run an empty run at a warmer temp than usual, but when I attempted to set it up it showed me two error codes: d10 and d29. In the manual it says these are errors which require a repair person to fix them. I am sort of tech savvy so I wanted to see if there was a way to fix it myself.
Dont know if it makes any difference, but Im in Germany, so this machine is a German model.Any help would be awesome!
Cheers

Im not sure if I made it clear that the pump (or so I assume) continues to run while the machine is plugged in. And as of now the error d29 is no longer displaying, only the d10 error code remains.
Some other numbers that may help

No answers yet, but I think Ive solved the problem. I tipped the machine forwards about 45° and the error disappeared. I had read that that might work. I had tried a reset sequence just before, but it didnt seem to do anything.
Here’s hoping it doesnt come back.
Thanks anyway folks

Sorry for lack of any replies, very few of these machines in the UK so not a lot known about them.
