    Hi all,

Over the weekend I stupidly grilled something with the grill door closed, :boops: and the grill cut off, and now neither the oven nor grill will heat up .

I read the FAQ on “If the oven doesn’t heat up”, but I’m confused on the instructions there.

The grill element in my oven or cooker doesn’t work

This would usually indicate that the grill element is faulty.

Also check the main oven changeover switch, energy regulator (grill) if fitted and any overheat thermostats.

Could anyone advise me on how I can check the overheat thermostat please? I’m fairly sure this is probably what’s wrong

    thanks in advance!

Hi: Don’t actually know this appliance myself but, to test the overheat thermostat you need to use a multimeter to check it for continuity.
