Hi all,
Hopefully a question easily answered.
I’ve been to see a SMEG DWD612CSS dishwasher today, a leak in the bottom caused the anit flood device to trigger. Base was drained, issue with the leak dealt with and a test to ensure it ran properly.
The machine however continues to pump out even upon opening the door. I get the anti flood fault code followed by the pump error after it times out. I’ve checked the microswitch for the anti flood device, removing it from the float to test, the wiring leading to it and the PCB (visually). My question is, is this an issue with the PCB and if so why would it happen, it seems too coincidental. Could I be missing something infront of me?
