Water dripping down from freezer of Indesit TA5FNFS

Hi: I have water periodically dripping down from the freezer compartment of my Indesit TA5FNFS(UK) Fridge Freezer into the fridge below. Maybe when auto defrosting?? The water is coming out from a grill in the roof of the fridge. Above this grill is the floor of the feeezer compartment. I’ve detached the grill here but can’t see how it’s getting through to the other grill below. Please see pics below. Help greatly appreciated.
