    My Indesit WIL130 stops after the wash and rinse phase and the wash and rinse lights stay on and the door cannot be opened. I have cleared a coin and hairgrip from the filter at the bottom of the machine and tried switching off and leaving for an hour and it still doesn’t work. Please help, thanks.

    is it stopping full or empty of water ?
