Bosch wd wvf2402gb dryer problem

Hi guys iv been out this evening struggling with this machine customer reporting on dryer settings of clothes coming out hot and wet, obviously all stats ok and heater and iv removed dryer fan motor from top to check for a blockage was very little present and iv had the pipe off from the bottom of the drum where the condenser meets little black tube and that’s clear I couldn’t test the valve as my battery had run flat 👿 any ideas?
