    I have a customer with a Beko WM6355 that keeps tripping the rcd. You switch it on, the display lights up, then it trips a few seconds later before the start button is pressed.

    I noticed that the suppressor mounting bracket has snapped, so todays stupid question is will this cause it to trip?

    Sounds like the suppressor or the power cable
