ParticipantI was given this job, I was told it was Ignis oven/cooker with a fault code of F03. Basing on Whirlpool fault codes, it implies power unit failure.
Cam anyone confirm this? Will try fish for more details on the oven.

Ignis IS Whirlpool so it follows that the error code will most likely apply the same.

Model number is akl909/ix.
According to Whirlpool codes, F03 is Oven power not configured, replace oven power unit. Sounds expensive for a 3 years old oven that has been broken for the last 18 months.

12nc code? you mean the serial number? What do you mean send it down to you for you to rezap it?
Sounds like that you are offering to reconfigure the power unit. I didn’t know that it is possible. I have not seen the oven yet as the appointment is for this Monday.
Masterpart sells the new unit but it’s out of stock.

What does the power unit looks like on the oven?

ParticipantRe: Ignis oven fault code
I finally got a new board from Masterpart, it is now fitted onto the oven and in full working order.
The annoying thing was the original board needed reconfiguring, I will have to do that with the new board anyway and there was an instruction leaflet that came with it. If I had access to the instructions in the first place then I would have saved my customer’s and me money, time and efforts.
Where can I share the info in case if anyone need it?

Now I have just received a call saying that the same oven is throwing up a fault code. This time is F06. The lady says it worked well since I replace the board until today she decided to turn the self cleaning on. Then it came up F06.
An the whitegoods fault codes, there are no fault code of this number. Can anyone help?
