    Hi – Newbie question perhaps, but I have a replacement door seal (current one has a 1″ tear) which I have problems fitting.

    Have taken the outer band off no issues, I just can’t see where/how I am supposed to take the inner band off.

    Any help or ideas appreciated. Thanks.
