Customer reported that his Whirlpool ARC4000 fridge freezer keeps icing up after a few years and that he has checked the drain hole. He has de frosted it with a hair dryer and after a few weeks it is frosted up again?
Are there any main points or known faults on fixing the problem as I do not generally repair fridge/freezers.

    Thanks Bryan

Not pulled one apart so where is the one way valve situated on this model. De frost heater on one site shows up at around £82 but shows a photo that looks just like a circualar filter for a dsihwasher?
