    What am I missing here?

Hubby fitted new belt on Beko DRCS68W Condenser Sensordry TD but missed that the drum was near seized, have replaced belt again and fitted front seal, all is well but there seems to be next to no heat when in use. Heater fine, ntc seems ok.

Its also possible on this model to reverse the connection the wrong way around which results in only half the element working.
