    Hi.guys.

I`ve just changed a rear tub on one of these and now it won`t spin.
I`ve double checked everything and cannot find a fault.
It does`nt distribute during the spin programme but does a wash action instead so I thought the OOB might be activated but it won`t reset.
Also when on a wash,it stops filling after 15 seconds and starts to wash or does nothing.
This is a managed property and the tenants have just changed over so nobody knows if this fault was apparent before I changed the tub and I did`nt test it for anything else before doing the tub…….mistake I know.

The pressure switch seems slow to activate to.

    Any ideas.

    Re: WMA30.

the pressure switches are slow to activate if you blow in them asd they have a restrictor built in them, sounds like it may be a blockage in the pressure chambre. if its a early machine with plastic pressure chamber/sump and rubber sump hose, if the hose is put on in the wrong position a air lock can occur and will not drain or spin properly. If this is the case, you need to adjust the hose (looking from the back, twist the sump hose clockwise 30-40 degrees where it connects to the plastic sump assembly to give it a more flowing appearance)hotpoint changed it to the all rubber assembly to resolve this problem.
