We have a crusader ct51v that has been working fine for years, the only problem is there seems to be a lot of warm air escaping from the door and the whole room fills up with fluff particles. It’s only recently been noticed as it used to be used in an outside shed, but now it’s in the house it’s a problem. Should it have some kind of rubber seal around the door to stop this happening as its never had one?

Yes it has a grey door seal (see image). Parts available via Hotpoint’s web site or via email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk
