Getting white fairly hard greasy marks on plates and some glasses. As this is soft water, I had not been using salt only dishwasher powder (Crushed tablets I think) and Rinse aid (Sainsbury’s own). Tried putting in salt as well – no change. Tried using Sainsbury’s dishwasher cleaner – but the cap on the bottle did not melt away when the the 65deg heater setting was used. I did feel some warmth during the cycle but it was not as hot as I expected, so I suspect a heating problem. Any advice on dealing with it? As some of the contents both top and bottom seemed to clear OK (deposit mainly on plates and pans that were fairly heavy or solid, I think the filters and arms are working OK.
    Thanks in anticipation

Sounds like you’ll need to check out the heater. Power disconnected, tip machine on its back and remove bottom plate.
