    complaint of taking ages to dry and that its only warm in the tub when she opens the door.haven’t inspected yet as its a long way from base. suspect its either a cut out or heating element. any advice appreciated.

    Sounds more likely to be airflow problems, blocked filters or crushed outlet hose to me. The vent hoses supplied with these are not very strong and do crush easily. Tell them to pull it into the middle of the kitchen, check the vent hose and retry.

    I think this is a condenser dryer. Get her to clean condenser.

    You are correct Tim, the C & V keys are adjacent on the keyboard, I must have pressed the wrong one when looking at Partfinder. 😆

    condensor never been cleaned in 3 years. now working fine. thanks.
