I have a customer that has had no cooker for over two weeks now and am pulling my hair out! Model Number on cooker SUK61MFX5 on instruction book B72MFX5
I need the selector switches for both ovens, connect part numbers come up as 811730383 & 811730242 however when I ordered them they are both completely wrong, Connect did a bin check and are now conversing with someone in Italy apparently???

The switches I desperately need can be seen on ESPARES if you look at the enlarged ‘photo’s they are EXACTLY the ones I need Espares numbers are ES970099 & ES1118334.

I asked the girl at espares to cross ref the part numbers to connect part numbers and she said they are identical therefor if I order via esapres (As suggested by Connect!) I will end up with the wrong parts again. SERVEVAST also show one correct switch but the other is not listed.

I may also need a wig if this carries on much longer!!!

Thankd for the suggestion Dave, BUT….

….I ordered the top oven switch from servevast (the ‘photo showed it as identical to the one I need) The new one they sent is identical to the one from Connect. I called Servevast and they say it is a modification “Can I have a wiring update for the mod then please?” ….NO they only give those to there own engineers!!

FFS!!! Is it me? Connect are in communication with the supplier still although email responses to the supplier take more than a week it seems.

I think your problem may be the model number, SUK61MFX5 is a single oven range cooker.
